Her pilgrimage to the Cadbury factory in Birmingham in 2005 marked a pivotal moment that fueled her ambition to create a mark in the world of chocolate.
At Dwaar Chocolate, the process of crafting their exquisite bars begins with meticulously sourced raw cocoa beans from various global locations. These beans undergo a methodical transformation upon arrival at the workshop, ultimately leading to the creation of their luxurious chocolate bars.
The journey commences by carefully placing the raw cocoa beans into wooden boxes, where they undergo a patient fermentation process lasting between six to eight days.
